Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Currently we only offer standard delivery option.

  • Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): INR 50 or free on orders over INR 799

Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.  

 


International Shipping Policy

International orders are typically delivered within 10–20 business days. During festive periods or due to unforeseen events, delivery times may extend slightly.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping fees apply and may vary based on destination, order size, and package weight.

Duties & Taxes:
International deliveries may incur customs duties, import taxes, or local levies imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping fee and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

Customs Clearance:
In some cases, customs authorities may open packages for inspection as part of their clearance process.

Cancellations:
Orders that have been dispatched from our warehouse cannot be cancelled or modified.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.  


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
All our products are personal care products. Due to hygiene & safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, even in sealed conditions, unless the products meets below criteria.

  • Wrong product(s) (Only unopened and unused products will be accepted for returns)
  • Damaged Product(s)
  • Quality Issues
  • Missing Products(s)
  • Expired Product(s)


To replace or return the damaged or defective items, contact us at info@rawskinn.com within 12 hours of receiving the damaged shipment (after which the product is not liable for return / refund).

Don’t forget to attach your order invoice number and a picture or video of the damaged product.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
